Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

This Smoothie will STOP INFLAMMATION in its tracks. It is perfectly ALKALYZING and nourishes you completely!

Drink one of these every morning for a week and you will see AMAZING results!


In your Juicer:

1 (packed) cup of Spinach:

1 (packed) cup of Parsley

1 Green Apple

5 ribs Celery

1 large Cucumber

1 Lime with skin

Put Juice into your Blender


In your Blender add the following:

2 medium sized peeled avocados

1 cup of fresh Coconut Meat (or 2 tbsps. of Coconut oil


Blend everything together for 30 seconds to 1 minute and ENJOY the benefits you will feel from giving your body OPTIMAL NUTRITION!
